I made a last minute order for my Aunts birthday and Purple by Lily came through!
I was not sure how the delivery or flowers would turn out. I was basing everything on reviews but sometimes reviews aren’t accurate so I was not sure how things would turn out. However, since this location was near my aunts home I decided to take my chances. Ironically, the day & time the delivery was scheduled to take place, a police chase took place in the street my aunt lived and they had the roads closed. Purple by Lily contacted my aunt to inform her that they were unable to deliver at the scheduled time because the street was blocked. However, they offered to attempt a second try and deliver in the last batch of orders they had for that same day. Fortunately, my aunt got her flowers that evening and when she sent pictures of them, they looked like the picture online.

I appreciate Purple by Lily informing my aunt of the events preventing their delivery as originally requested, but I appreciate their persistence. I will definitely order from them again for future deliveries for my aunt.
